Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account information, medical records, or other sensitive information through an initial Meta lead form unless we specifically request it through a secure process.

• contact you about your application, schedule interviews, and answer recruiting questions;
• conduct legally permitted screening and complete hiring and onboarding steps;

• prevent fraud or misuse and protect our rights, applicants, personnel, and the public; and
• comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and transportation-safety obligations.

Information obtained from an applicant during an initial selection process is used to determine whether to hire the applicant and for other purposes allowed or required by law. We do not use initial applicant information for unrelated marketing, profiling, or resale.

3. Calls and text messages

If you provide a telephone number, you authorize Keyword Trucking and its recruiting personnel to contact you about your inquiry or application by telephone or text message, including through technology that may assist in placing or managing communications. Meta and other platforms process information under their own privacy policies. Their handling of information before it is provided to us is governed by their policies and settings.

Unless a longer period is required by law, information obtained from an unsuccessful applicant during an initial selection process will not be retained for more than two years after it is provided.
